Processing and dispatch times

Order processing: Once your purchase has been confirmed, orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Once the order has been processed, it will be sent to the courier.

Delivery time: Deliveries to mainland Portugal usually take between 1 and 3 working days. Deliveries to mainland Spain usually take between 2 and 5 working days. For islands and international shipments, the time can vary between 3 and 6 working days, depending on the location.

 

Shipping costs

National shipments: We ONLY offer free shipping for Portugal & Spain.

International Shipping: The cost of international shipping is calculated during checkout, based on the destination and weight of the parcel.

 

Order tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the progress of your order until delivery.
